friendly staff underground parking
The staff was very friendly. The gym had EVERYTHING i needed TO exercise. I used underground parking. I asked for a room FACING york.
The Air Conditioning Was tooo loud.

excellent downtown location
early check-in new room stylish decoration drinking water
i was able to check in early. the rooms are new and clean. i liked the style of decoration on the hotel. direct drinking water was available and i found lotion.
the room was small. i could hear doors shutting in the hallway and garbage trucks outside. i did not sleep well due to the noise.

the lobby is spacious. there is a cafe and bar off the lobby. offsite parking is very close to the building. the gym has treadmills and a selection of weights.

the location is excellent near union station. the hotel is in the heart of downtown. it is a short walk to the lakefront and the convention center. bishop airport is accessible by shuttle bus.

the front desk staff demonstrated amazing friendliness. i appreciated their helpful attitude and efficiency at check-in. the hotel location IS convenient, close to transport hubs and several attractions.
the elevator doors closed at a surprisingly high speed.

easy travel hotel cleanliness water refill
I loved the hotel's proximity to union station. It made travel effortless. the cleanliness was perfect. The room felt fresh and well-kept. i found the complimentary water refill station a thoughtful touch, reducing plastic waste. the staff addressed the minor hiccup with the tv swiftly and efficiently.
the small size of the room made it challenging to fully unpack my suitcase.

the king room featured comfortable linens and tasteful decor.. it provided a cozy atmosphere after a long day, however, storage was limited, so i would consider it for shorter stays.

limited choice slow check-in
the location was CENTRAL , near union station.
THE breakfast options were limited to a la carte , so i wish this had been clearer when i booked. i also found the check-in process slow despite HAVING told them about my long flight. i would not stay here again.
